Have you been thinking about joining our 2024 Coaching Academy? Spaces are limited and we kick off next week so here are a few frequently asked questions that might help you to decide if it’s right for you. Get in touch if your question/concern wasn’t answered and I’d love to chat.

Will you do it again?
I can’t say to be honest. I haven’t done a StartUp Creative only Academy in years and I’ve been cutting back on 1:1 coaching to make way for some bigger projects so I thought this would be a good way to help a bunch of people out in one go in the case I don’t have space in my diary later this year.
What are the main benefits?

Do I have to have a business started?
Not really, you could have a goal to work for yourself and that’s 100% ok. The Academy is here to help you move from point A (where you are now) to point B (where you want to be in a year from now). Some of us might be changing up our current business models, looking for new revenue streams, in need of a community to keep you accountable to a regular art practice and all are welcome.
Your job is to come with what you have now and we’ll help you to set big and inspiring goals for yourself and together we’ll make a plan & give you the skills to make it happen.
What if I can’t make it to the lives?
No stress my friend. I’ll record the sessions and send them to you post the session for you to watch back in your own time.
Lives will be every Wednesday evening in February to accomodate for as many time zones as we can. Once you sign up, let me know where you live and on what timezone and we’ll do our best to accomodate you so you can make it live if you prefer.

Business 101 - how to start and scale a successful business, the backend, practical tips and foundations to building a successful business based off my 10 years of experience in the game
Mindset hacks - how to get and stay motivated, time management, how to mange your focus
Goal setting & planning - how to set clear goals specific for you, a group process to break them down into actionable steps
Fun & community - I love coaching and I love connecting my coaching clients because they always have so much in common and often end up working with each other. I’m all about making work enjoyable, isn’t that why we started? I promise to be relatable and share my personal stories and examples of times that I’ve won big and lost even bigger and encourage you to get to know me and each other in the Academy and do the same if you feel comfortable. it will be a great time I know it.
How long do I have to use my 1:1?
6 months post the Academy ends but if you’d prefer to book in during the 4 weeks together you can do that as well. It’s up to you and you’ll have access to my coaching diary link to book in a time that works for you once you sign up.
I don’t really like group things can I just get a 1:1 with you?
If you like, send me an email and I’ll send you the details and we can go from there.
Will there be recordings?
Yep, I’ll send them via email straight after the group calls so that you can catch up in your own time and you’ll have life time access. I just ask that you respect my time, work and your investment and PLEASE don’t share them with anyone outside of the Academy, thank you.

What happens after the course?
One week after the course I’ll check in with each of you to see how you’re going post the Academy. You’ll have a chance to be connected with the rest of the group to stay in touch and keep each other accountable. If I have people, examples, businesses or resources that can help you, they’re all yours - I’ll make some intro’s, review your pitches and throw everything that I have at you to make sure you have the best possible chance to make your goals happen.

Do you have a translation/accessibility support available?
I would love to support and accomodate you in anyway that I can. I’ll happily organise a translation or any other support you may need specific to your learning style. Let me know how I can make it easier for you to join and absorb the information & I’ll do my absolute best.

When does it start?
Wednesday 7th of February for the first group call on zoom. You’ll get instant access to the freebies and my diary as soon as you sign up.
When do I have to decide by?
Now, duh! If you’re thinking about it, just start! But I’ll give you to Monday :)
